Warranty Policy

We, at Compassco, put every possible effort in ensuring we build a system free of defects and it remains so for as long as possible. In cases where support or repairs are needed, our comprehensive warranty policy on all our PCs ensures that you are covered during the duration of the warranty.

IMPORTANT: Original Packing Ensures Product Is Transported Safely During Warranty (if Necessary). Throwing away packing material will result in charges for new packing material even during warranty.


  • Replacement Guarantee Against Manufacturing Defects: 10 Days After Delivery

  • Tech Support: Free Lifetime Tech Support

  • Labor Charges: Free

  • Part Charges: Free Repair or Replacement

  • Shipping Charges: Free Both Side Shipping

All defective components are either replaced or repaired depending on the situation. We may also replace the part with another part of an equivalent or better performance in case of unavailability.


After the sale is completed, our work has just started. Even after the expiration of your parts warranty, we gladly answer your questions and provide free technical support for life.

Our technical support is intended solely for hardware related issues. For other issues, we may not be able to provide comprehensive support as you may need to contact other suppliers. Within our limitations, we will still try to assist as much as possible.



When you ship the PC to us, you must ensure proper packing. Compassco will not be responsible for damages caused due to improper packing. Compassco is also not responsible for damages resulting due to misuse, disaster, accidents or abuse of your computer. Other unapproved modifications may also void the warranty. 


Please contact us in case you wish to do any modifications and we will assist you with the same. Most modifications are approved and are covered under warranty.
