Refund Policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS OR ORDER CHANGES
You can make certain changes to an order before it is shipped. There will be a nominal charge for any changes made after order confirmation email is received.
You have the option to return your hardware for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Returns or cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned hardware must be undamaged and in as-new condition with all the original packaging material.
Upon receiving the return or after order cancellation, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-9 business days.

When you ship the PC to us, you must ensure proper packing. Compassco will not be responsible for damages caused due to improper packing. Compassco is also not responsible for damages resulting due to misuse, disaster, accidents or abuse of your computer. Other unapproved modifications may also void the warranty.
